Only the beach/Location

Terrible hotel! Upon arrival in the evening, the air conditioning was not working. At 37 degrees Celsius! Only after several complaints were we able to move to another room for the night. We booked a family room, but beware: one of the rooms had no air conditioning! So it was hot and uncomfortable. The next day, we bought some drinks, but the fridge was broken! It took a few days before they finally replaced the fridge. Then, the toilet was also malfunctioning and needed repair. The "bathroom" (which was the smallest bathroom and tiniest shower I've ever seen) was full of hair and dirty! They also provided only one roll of toilet paper per day for a family of four. Additionally, I found the service to be unfriendly, except for one lady who was very nice. Now, let's talk about the food. Disgusting! The coffee tasted bad, and we couldn't even eat the main course, so we ended up eating elsewhere despite having half-board. There were a few more issues, but it would take too long to list them all. In short, I absolutely do not recommend this place! I'm giving it one star only because of its beachfront location. Never again!

WC in the room very tiny. Wifi reception from the rooms are poor.
