The main floor has a large kitchen with a long marble dining table and stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, stove, oven, and fridge. Nespresso and Keurig machines, a kettle, and a microwave are all also available. There are plenty of plates, bowls, serving-ware, mugs, wine glasses, champagne flutes, cups, pots, pans and more. Two screened doors lead out to the oversized terrace with 2 sun loungers, 2 outdoor arm chairs and an outdoor couch that seats nine guests. The well-appointed living room has a 55” flat screen smart tv on a swivel mount, a leather couch and 2 armchairs all surrounding the cozy Adirondack stone fireplace. On this level, there is also a bathroom with a bathtub/ shower, a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a desk, and a bedroom with 1 queen bed. Finally, the top floor of the home offers a full bathroom with a shower stall, a bedroom with 2 full beds, 1 twin bed and a desk, and the master bedroom with 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, a vintage seating area, and a private terrace with 2 Adirondack chairs.
