Hurricane Remediation Update as of 2/15/24 - Seawall reconstruction was completed on 2/15/24. - Beach ramp reconstruction will begin week of 2/25/24 and is expected to be complete by 3/31/24. - Pool and hot tub restoration will begin week of 2/25/24 and is expected to be complete by 4/15/24. - Perimeter fence and paver installation will begin week of 3/17/24 and is expected to be complete by 4/15/24. - Landscaping installation will begin week of 4/27/24 and is expected to be complete by 4/30/24.
