The place had 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a huge living room. The place had good heating and showers :) We didn't care that we were not in the downtown area as we had a car. Uber would have been dead cheap anyways :) We would for sure stay there again.

This was a great spot for a large group staying in Ushuaia. We spent 2 nights here preparing for our Antarctica cruise. It is well supplied with coffee and tea. The bathrooms could use some updating.
The neighborhood is safe and not far from downtown. We took Ubers everywhere.
