You'll even have beach chairs, an umbrella, and foam noodles to take with you down to the sand each morning. When it's time to get out and explore, head up to the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex 20 miles north or simply enjoy the assortment of restaurants, shops, and conveniences that line the surrounding blocks of A1A. Slide open the glass doors, step outside with a mug of coffee, and greet each day on the shaded balcony overlooking the grounds. Use the provided tennis rackets to play a morning match, grab a dry bathing suit from the washer/dryer for an early swim, or simply prepare a homemade breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen. In the afternoons, unwind in the comfort of central air and log onto to the complimentary WiFi to share the day's photos. Save the evening hours for board games at the two-sided breakfast bar and movies screened on the cable TVs in the living room and primary bedroom. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
