I booked the rooms last year July, but was forced to cancel one of the room, so we couldn't have a good sleep, was very unhappy to this. The digital door key is not working well, we can't get into the room after half an hour, was so tired 😩

The unit is pretty simple but acceptable. Actual furniture looks a bit different from the pictures but the place is nice if you wish to just relax and chill with your small family as the gym and swimming pool is open daily from 8am-10pm.
Nothing, but I think maybe better if the owner could state about the rm200 deposit (transfer/cash) at least people are aware and can prepare the money. Read about some reviews about refund, and I faced the same too. Maybe the owner is busy? Checked out 10.30am and received refund at 6pm. But still okay for me. Thank you for the stay. 😊

Need to wait for exchange house because the house not ready to stay up even i late check in.. need to walk far to get other key to other tower..

Nearby to facilities, nice quick stay. Good price also I must say. View from our bedroom not bad. Basic utilities are there.
No mirror. One single mirror also don't have. Bed was to hard for me. Others are ok. Body pain after wake up.

I like so much waiting 2 hours to take the key...
Stupid ..I'll waiting 2 hours to take the key.
I go 3 place ..MK1,MK3 & MK2 at the mailbox but the key don't have..
I call but not answered..only reply my message...

2.parking also hard to find and if wrong parking will be fine RM50
3.deposit soo high RM200 even 3/4/5star hotel maximum RM100
4.deposit return not what i expected..soo long to wait u return deposit..promise before 12am day check out.. but i want until 12am no have any transaction on your side to my acc bank..
5.Bad destination.. suggestion me to all customer want to sleep here..no go to this hotel the management soo bad..
