not possible to have coffee outside in the morning, very disappointing

Absolutely rude staff prepared the receipt before hand so I had no time to ask for the invoice which I needed for the business trips tax refund. they told me it was my fault and not possible to issue a tax invoice and started to fight and scream about instead of offering a solution. outrageous!

This was located a little out of Manduria. It was perfect for on a cycle trip around Puglia on our way out to the coast. Everything was fine and the restaurant was able to provide an excellent meal on the patio

It is a great place to stay! staff is willing to help at all times! They were very open about our check in time. The room was very clean and the location is perfect distance from the beach and from the closes town (like 5 minutes away). We also had dinner in their restaurant one night and the food was very good! We for sure will recommend this place if you are looking for a local experience, good location and price and helpful staff!!

It was beautiful, the rooms were very clean. The area is very relaxed and quiet. The beds and pillows were very, very comfortable. The breakfast was generous and delicious. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
