They allowed us to use the kitchen. Bed base and sheets were new. It's an old house that's freshly painted and new carpet. Share bathroom and toilet was clean.
Needs more work, roof fan was loose and noisy, no lightbulb in lamp. Was stuffy and needed airing out. Mattress felt lumpy.

i like that the property is cheap and it has a big space. very quiet location as well except for the cars passing by but well its okay for me. this is a very good pick for me.
i didn't like that i doesn't have toiletries and the fridge is too full to put stuff in. and the toilet doesn't have a lock ☹️

it was worth the money I paid for it.On top of a bedroom with double bed there are two toilets and use of a good clean kitchen.
You can park on the side of the road
I was annoyed at no plug in the downstairs sink in the bathroom. I would have liked more mirrors .
