Wonderful escape from reality in a private pavilion in a secluded forest. Loved this place as honeymooners, as we got to

Staff is very welcoming, especially Hendra & Mila who were just awesome throughout the whole stay. The pavilions are very private, and the staff is careful about announcing their presence and requesting to enter before coming anywhere near your private spaces (pool/river deck). The breakfast is also super good, and they serve the best avocado smash & pancakes we had in Bali. Lastly, cleanliness is great as the rooms are sprayed twice a day with insect repellent and they do a great job at housekeeping.

The bathroom is outside the room so just keep in mind that you may find an occasional lizard or bugs when you head out to the restroom. What’s good though is that it is covered so if it rains you are not affected.

El lugar es espectacular sin duda lo recomiendo el precio de la habitación te puede parecer cara pero vale cada dolar las habitaciones son mágicas ,la comida los masajes y todas las actividades son muy accesibles a buen precio eso hace que este lugar tenga un 10/10. Para estar en la selva no tienen nada de mosquitos o animales

Wonderful Retreat

A beautifully well design bamboo house located next to the river with lots of greenery. Staff was very professional and helpful, service was awesome. The meals were very tasty and beautifully presented. Massage and yoga were good. Great place to escape for a few days to chill and enjoy nature. Love waking up to the sound of nature in the morning.

Lounge chairs by the window would be nice, to chill inside the room when you don't feel like hanging out at the hammock or the pool. Some noise from the neighboring construction. The air conditioning was not strong enough when the sun rises but you can always ask for an extra fan in the room. Pool was not very well maintained.

Great for a few relaxing days

Staff was nice and food great. Spa and massage also very good.

Beautiful escape

It was a very beautiful escape into the forest to enjoy nature in a comfortable atmosphere. You must try their massage. It was wonderful. The staff were friendly and provided the best service. Special thanks to Anik, who took care of us and the massage therapist. The food is very delicious and healthy, and gluten-free food is available.

Eine traumhafte Villa in einer schönen Landschaft, davon gibt es aber noch bessere für diesen Preis auf Bali!

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und ich fand das Begrüssungsritual sehr schön. Die Villa, das komplette Design in Bamboo, ist beeindruckend. Alles zweckmäßig und dennoch ästhetisch gelöst. Das großzügige Bad, die Aussendusche und die Toilette sind modern und fügen sich harmonisch in das Konzept ein. Absolute Privatsphäre, ideal zum Entspannen oder für eine romantische Auszeit. Der terrassenartig gestaltete Garten ist wunderschön und schließt einen kleinen Pool mit ein, sowie ein kleines Plateau aus Holz direkt unten am Fluss. Die Aussicht vom Pool ist wunderschön. Das Abendessen draußen auf der Terrasse ist ebenfalls ein Erlebnis. Das Personal stets zuvorkommend und wie überall in Bali absolut liebenswert! Ich habe mich sofort herzlichst aufgenommen gefühlt, besonders wenn ich als Gast mit meinem Namen begrüßt werde. Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang, Anik und Hendra, sehr professionell.

Auf der einen Seite die absolute Privatsphäre, dann aber auch die Herausforderung für des Personal in diese dann „einzutreten”. Es wurde alles über WhatsApp kommuniziert, warum nicht auch die Zeiten für das Reinigen des Zimmers? So wurde ich oftmals gestört, sogar auch wach gemacht, da mich der Mitarbeitet interviewen wollte, wann er denn reinigen oder den Garten betreten kann. Die besprochenen Zeiten mit dem Personal wurden dann aber auch nicht eingehalten, so dass ich aus der Dusche an die Tür gehen musste, weil der Zimmerservice eine halbe Stunde zu früh kam. Auch das Frühstück wurde am 2. Tag nicht zur gewünschten Zeit gebracht. Im Umfeld gibt es NICHTS! Der Spa und die Gym existieren überhaupt nicht in dieser Anlage, Achtung! Ein gibt ein kleines Deck am River, dort wird eine klappbare Liege aufgestellt, und dann wird dort massiert. An der gleichen Stelle, genießen dann Paare ein romantisches Abendessen. Das einzige Hotel, das mir nicht wirklich eine Hilfe war, was die Organisation von Ausflügen betrifft. Informationen oder den Link, den mir die Mitarbeiterin schicken wollte, hat nie stattgefunden. Nächsten Tag, sehr kurzfristig, wurde ich gefragt ob ich denn jetzt buchen möchte?! Das einzige Café in der Nähe war dann als ich einen ziemlich beschwerlichen Weg hinter mir hatte, geschlossen. Das sollte die Rezeption wissen, wenn dies die einzige Möglichkeit ist. Die Diskussion über Säfte, die im Preis inbegriffen sind oder nicht, empfand ich als unangenehm. Ich hatte für 2 Personen bezahlt und hätte also auch für 2 essen und trinken können. Das finde ich für diese Preisklasse absolut unmöglich. Der Schock war in der letzten Nacht als eine dicke Ratte den Bewegungsmelder/Licht auslöste und ganz gemütlich hinter meinem Bett in der Ecke der Bambusvilla verschwand. Gehört das mit dazu, wenn man in einem wilden Garten untergebracht ist?

Just amazing stay there. Secluded and very close to nature. Very friendly and helpful employees. Wonderful experience in this eco retreat. Received anti repellent from the staff and had no problems with any bugs.

The menu is quite small, but it‘s delicious and they are even further improving.
