Disappointing

The view of the outdoor onsen with steps is magnificient, but not the other one.( But the time slot for ladies is very bad!)

The hotel is too old rooms are so small and worn out! Everything is so outdated. The buffet breakfast is just a mess! Not enough time because we need to queue up for food and too many people.

お風呂からの眺めと温泉が最高でした

この度はお世話になりましたホテルの古さが気になりましたがそれは仕方無いとしても宿泊客にも駐車場代を支払わせるのはと思いますお部屋にお水が置いて無いのも残念でしたチェックアウトも他のホテルは殆ど11時なのに10時は早過ぎると思います温泉が有るのでやはり朝もお風呂には入りたいですし 11時チェックアウトならレイトチェックアウトもお願いせずに済んだと思います

Relaxing location close to minoh falls

Amazing rooftop onsen overlooking osaka skyline. Great facilities. Staff can speak english and mandarin and were so nice. Can buy souveniers here. Walking distance to minoh falls.

Buffet felt rushed, timed entry, and food was okay, not the best, but lots of options.

落ち着かない食事が残念でした。

展望露天風呂♨️はロケーションも良く、温泉のお湯はとても良かったです。

今月の蟹食べ放題は楽しみにしてましたが、お皿で渡されたのとお客様が多すぎて思う様に食べれなかった。美味しいのですが、落ち着いて食べれなかった。せっかく美味しい食事を盛り付けて提供してほしいです。

絶景露天風呂

露天風呂からの景色が最高でした。

バイキングは美味しかったが、会場に入るまでの混雑、バイキングの列に時間がかかり過ぎて食事の時間が短く物足りない気分になった。
