This home was wonderful - even better than the pictures. It is spotless, spacious and very cozy. Plus, the view of the sparkling water right out your backdoor is the icing on the cake. Parking was super under covered area. Getting in and out of the gate was seamless. The home had everything one could need for a great getaway. This might be my favorite VRBO and I've been in many. This was for me and two others - we all agreed that we could live in this home full time. Amazing!

This is the cutest, well maintained property I have seen in a long time. The condo has plenty of room for everyone and sits in the lake. Gorgeous!
The Host was awesome and answered all our inquiries ASAP.
I recommend 100% this property to anyone wanting to stay at Lake Conroe.

The space was well-decorated, very clean, and peaceful. My cousin and I were able to enjoy the space along with the beautiful views, very close access to the lake, and convenient parking. The only downside of the stay was the smart TV located in the downstairs family room. The TV was not user-friendly and accessing the various channels were a bit cumbersome and not intuitive. Also, perhaps due to the rainy weather, the WiFi was unstable at times causing the TV to pause for an extended period while buffering.

Our extended family stayed in 4 houses at April Sound. So convenient staying close by one another, beautiful peaceful surrounds, ease of services, restaurants etc nearby. We definitely recommend the property. November weather suited well also.

This home lived up to it's listing. Gorgeous property, gorgeous location. We spent a lot of time on the back porch enjoying the view. Will definitely stsy again when we're in the area

Great location with Lake Conroe in your back yard. Clean and tastefully decorated. Comfortable for 6 people to stay for a weekend birthday getaway.

The place was very clean and beautifully decorated. It made you feel really cozy and at home with a beautiful lake view. It came with everything we needed. Definitely recommend!

I’m writing this on behalf of my husband, who originally booked this rental. We walked in and absolutely fell in love with this townhome. It’s decorated so beautifully, and it’s very updated. There were plenty of towels, utensils, etc., and all of the appliances were very new, it appeared. I can only speak for myself, but I could have stayed there forever! The view of the lake was amazing!
We did have an issue with the fob not working for the pool, but Amy was very responsive and we were able to access a different pool. Not a problem at all.
Overall, I definitely have to say our family enjoyed this place very much. It’s also close to several good restaurants! We will definitely rent this one again!

Beautifully renovated lakefront property. Close to shopping and plenty of places to eat out if you want. The proximity to Houston is a huge bonus! Allowed us to escape the city without having to travel too far. The condo has everything you need and is Immaculate! We will definitely return!

Spend Father’s Day weekend at this property and had a fun and relaxing weekend. Property is beautiful and comfortable and perfect size for four adults. Great access to lake and pools. Was able to make meals all weekend at the property which was very convenient. Would definitely book again!
