The price was very reasonable and the house was conveniently located near Red Rocks… the reason for our stay. Our first impression was fairly positive but once we got settled in, many issues became apparent. The showers were mildewed and there were numerous leftover items from previous guests…slivers of soap, razors, bottles of shampoo, etc. in the showers that needed to be discarded. One bedroom had a very bad odor from either the pillows or the comforter. When we tried to open the window, the screen was stuck on the wrong side. We had to get a ladder and fix it in order to open the window to allow fresh air to help alleviate the smell. The refrigerator had a lot of leftover food that needed to be tossed, including eggs that were expired 6 months ago, an opened jar of spaghetti sauce, moldy cool whip, etc. and old meat in the downstairs freezer. We tried to make ice cubes and the trays were cracked. The coffee pot carafe does not work with the coffee maker. Seating and glassware was insufficient for six people. The kitchen drawers needed to be cleaned out…crumbs, unnecessary items, etc. There was a bra and panties in the drawer downstairs. The linens on the beds were fine, but the closets were quite messy and we had to search for additional towels and the downstairs shower had no bathmat. Downstairs mattress needs to be replaced. We have stayed at many locations and this could be a nice place if these issues were addressed.

House was very comfortable, roomy, and nice. It was in a nice quite neighborhood and close to all activities we were going to (red rocks, speedway, Denver). Cute little private yard! We enjoyed our stay there!!

Took short trip out to Colorado primarily to see concert at Red Rocks, property is very close to venue about 10 minute drive. Honestly didn’t spend much time at place spent most days hiking different areas. Very nice place.

We enjoyed our stay! A great location for going to a concert at red rocks and enjoying all there is to do in the area. The pictures of the house do not do it justice - it was spacious for our group of four, clean, and had everything we needed for our short stay. Would recommend this listing to others and would definitely stay again!

We absolutely enjoyed everything about Nick and Allison’s home! The location was perfect, property was beautiful. Had everything we needed! Downstairs was awesome for our family to spread out and we loved the dartboard! Back patio and grill were relaxing! Will hands down look to stay with Nick and Allison again!

We were in town for a show at Red Rocks and were so happy to have found this available as a place to stay. Communication with the host, Allison, was incredibly easy and she was prompt in getting back to us. Easy check in, clean house, a cute backyard and fun little family room with darts and sitting area downstairs. We enjoyed our stay and would look to book again in the future if we’re back in the area.

Clean, looked like newly renovated, and comfy. Didn't explore the place and discover the downstairs until the second day. Doubles the size of the place. Great accommodations and incredibly handy to Red Rocks Park and concert site.

This place was amazing! The location was easy to get to, and it was nice to be in a quiet neighborhood yet only 20-30 minutes to anywhere in the Denver area. The house was so clean, easy check-in, and a very responsive host. The beds were comfy, bathrooms were very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely stay here again!!

This property is so conveniently located! We were there for a show at red rocks and it is a very short and easy drive. It is also close to Denver. The house is nice, clean, and the property manager is great to work with. We had a situation and they were quick to respond and work with us. It was a great stay and I highly recommended it!
