The home has been decorated by a local interior designer with gorgeous high end and vintage pieces throughout. The home features: Two king bedrooms desk in primary suite One queen bedroom with twin over twin bunk TV in every bedroom with Spectrum cable and ROKU arcade game console in bunk bed room 2 beautifully renovated spa like bathrooms with heated toilet seats 2 living rooms wood burning fireplace Full kitchen with dishwasher washer and dryer dining room with seating for 8 at table and 4 at kitchen counter furnished scenic deck overlooking lake Blackstone grill patio overlooking lake with firepit 2 kayaks 1 three seater canoe life jackets fishing supplies refrigerator under the house boat dock and jet ski dock The Hideaway is a short drive to many attractions, restaurants and shopping 10 minutes to Lake Wylie Brewing Co 12 minutes to Papa Doc's Restaurant on Lake Wylie 15 minutes to Carowind's Theme Park 22 minutes to Drift Restaurant on Lake Wylie 27 minutes to the infamous country music venue, Coyote Joe's 30 minutes to Charlotte Douglas International Airport 39 minutes to US National White Water Center These are just a few of the many shopping options, restaurants and parks located close to the house. Note: Your safety matters. There is a CPI security camera located at the side entry and a CPI security doorbell camera located on the rear deck door facing the water. We had amazing time staying at The Blue Heron. Lindsey has done an immaculate job with the home's decor. The location is perfection (so cq alming and peaceful), and the place was incredibly clean (and I'm hyper critical of cleanliness). The beds were so comfotable, the showers were amazing, and the dock and fire pit were not wasted on us. We had the time of our lives staying here. If you're thinking about it, please do! Maybe you'll be lucky enough to see the great blue heron himself in all his glory (we were lucky enough to see him each morning on Lindsey's dock). Comminucation with Lindsey was a breeze as well. She is super friendly, quick to respond, and so down-to-earth. We hope to be back soon! Thank you Lindsey for making our trip the best it could possibly be! Thank you for the goodies you left us as well. Until next time!!! 😊

This was a wonderful home that felt like home!!! Everything you could want while staying at the lake. Pictures and descriptions are accurate. Beautiful views and night time was gorgeous. We will be back!

The interior is absolutely fabulous, the owners were so thoughtful leaving us a welcome gift, and having everything we could possibly need! The outside of the home was just as amazing! They have kayaks, a canoe, and more! We had a great time on the water and fishing! 10/10 recommend

Such a relaxing stay. Beautiful home and decor. Perfect fit for our family of six. Wonderful views from multiple rooms inside and the back porch. We throughly enjoyed the dock and lake access. Short drive from several great restaurants and stores with the privacy location at the house. Safe neighborhood. Would absolutely book again.
