Since the beach is so close to home, feel free to use the beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels available. In addition, there are two kayaks if you feel like exploring the nearby pond. This splendid home away from home features a spacious and private backyard, which makes this the ultimate quintessential Vineyard retreat! The deck offers a great spot to admire the water views of the Menemsha Channel and Vineyard Sound, dine alfresco at the outdoor dining table with an umbrella, and host summertime cookouts using the gas grill provided. As you enter this home, you are first greeted by a cozy living room, furnished with quaint and comfortable sofas throughout and a smart TV with streaming and cable services to keep you entertained during your stay. The well-appointed, eat-in kitchen is complete with all the major appliances needed to prepare culinary masterpieces with all the local produce you have bought nearby! Attached to the kitchen is a laundry room/pantry with a washer/dryer. This level also hosts a sunny bedroom. The other two bedrooms are located upstairs, featuring partial AC window units. THINGS TO KNOW The dryer is small, so please be sure not to overload it. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
