The condo has an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room which features a flat screen TV, and access to a private balcony. The balcony area has a table and chairs so you can relax with your favorite drink or your morning cup of coffee while taking in some fresh air! Within minutes of the community are several key attractions of Myrtle Beach! You are minutes from the Atlantic Ocean, Broadway at the Beach, the Coastal Grand Mall, and several unique mini-golf courses! You'll have your selection of some of the beaches finest restaurants all within a few minutes drive of your rental unit. Willing to travel? 20 minutes north is Barefoot Landing which proudly hosts Alligator Adventure and the Duplin Winery. 20 minutes south is a premier outdoor shopping experience at the Market Common. Come enjoy all that the beach has to offer while being in a peaceful community away from the noise of the boulevard. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed and a private full bathroom with a tv. The second bedroom features two full size beds with a tv. The condo comes equipped with a washer/dryer so you can avoid the laundromat during your relaxing trip. It also offers WIFI for the days that you might feel like staying indoors. Just a short walk from the condo is a sparkling outdoor swimming pool. Magnolia Place also features a BBQ grill area for guests to use. All linens and bath towels are included. For your convenience, this home includes WiFi, a washer and dryer, and free parking. The unit has a hair dryer, toaster, and blender or gust use! Southern Coast Vacations has a complete reservations staff that is well versed in all aspects of each of our rentals properties, and the surrounding areas. They work with you during the booking process, before your arrival for additional questions and information, and our staff is available to you 24/7. If at any time you are in need, we are able to assist! Guests are provided a starting set up paper products. Each bathroom will have a roll of toilet paper and the kitchen will have paper towels and a trash bag provided. This property is completely non-smoking including all forms of E-cigs and vape pens (this includes the balcony and walk ways). We rent to families and adults over the age of 25 only. Pets, motorcycles, and trailers are not allowed in this complex. Linen price is factored into final price of stay. Although homes are often equipped with some non-perishable food items, such as sugar, coffee, and spices, we cannot guarantee they will be there. Guests are supplied with a starter set of paper products. Each rental will have 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom and 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen. Please come prepared with your own soaps or other needed toiletries such as dish detergent or laundry detergent. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach). Linens will be included in the final total when you book. Please note that all linens are provided in cellophane wrap to insure freshness and cleanliness upon arrival. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is beautiful. The downside was the Fridge was not clean, the bathrooms were not clean, the Kitchen Floor was sticky, the tables outside were not cleaned either and the dryer had lint and stuff around the edges. There were two Full size beds and one set of the bed sheets was for a twin size bed. The property maintenance delivered a set once we reported the issue. The rest was great. There were no Parking issues and the scenery is great. It's a beautiful unit just needs better cleaning service.

We enjoyed the quietness of the community. The property is well managed, the property managers are very prompt with replies when emailed. Security does patrols as well on the property. Signs are posted not to use motorcycles on property. The kitchen was stocked with anything you would need for cooking. I found that to be great, as we are not a family that eats out much. We just got our own seasonings and ingredients. Plenty of space we have a family of 6 and all fit comfortably in this home. We loved the walk in closets. The beds were firm. The porch was great too! The kids were never bored either! They enjoyed the pool, as well as being in close proximity to coffee shops, the beach, walmart and other stores, and so many tourists attractions. We definitely would not give it a second thought about staying here in the future.

This place was awesome. It was in a good location. Everything was just down the street. The only problem we had were the neighbors above us were super loud and the property managers wouldn't do anything about it.

The condo itself is very nice and clean, but I've never stayed in a place where you have to put the sheets on the beds yourself. The area is also nice and the view of the golf course is beautiful, but the neighbors are LOUD. Overhead stomping and bumping could be heard all during the night until around 2:00 am every single night. The people beneath us were drinking and played their music so loud that it vibrated the building until midnight. Other complaints: 1. They do not supply you with anything - I've never stayed in a place that doesn't offer a starter package. 2. You have to carry your trash a good ways to the dumpsters or you'll get charged. 3. You have to pick up your key & check-in information from a separate place about 5 minutes away from the condo. 4. I'm repeating myself here, but having to put sheets on all 3 beds & pillowcases on the pillows when we arrived was ridiculous. 5. It was very difficult to call the property management and get anyone to answer the phone. Once again, the condo was nice and the area was beautiful. There's also a really nice pool that you can use. The loud neighbors, though, was a deal breaker for us.

The location was perfect and located close to Broadway at the Beach. The only thing that wasn't like the pictures was the porch is no longer screened in, but other than that we would stay again!!! It felt like home away from home!!!
