This peaceful home is located on a corner lot with a fully fenced in yard that is perfect for the kids or pups to play. Its convenient location is just a short walk to downtown Alpena shopping and restaurants as well as the marina and playground. You will have full access to the home and outdoor spaces. We live nearby and are readily available if you should need anything during your stay. We are very quick to respond to messages, and look forward to providing a wonderful stay for our guests. A recent guest review said "The communication is top notch, too! It was a wonderful stay! It’s exactly what I hope for with an AirBnB stay!" The closet is shared between the bedrooms and has a curtain down the middle for privacy. There are curtains in both bedroom doorways to the closets for extra privacy. The tvs are not subscribed to cable but are all roku tvs so that you can use the apps with your personal streaming accounts. There is NOT central A/C. There is a window unit it the living room (seasonally), ceiling fan in dining room, and fans in both bedroom closets. There are train tracks a few blocks away, so you may hear the train occasionally 😊
