Customer service was great. The room was hot and muggy. We were not able to control the thermostat. We were hot and sweaty even after cool showers. The room didn’t cool off until 3 am.

Accessing the parking was a bit confusing, and the receptionist wasn't very helpful during check-in. The oversized pillows were uncomfortable, and the noise from neighboring rooms closing their doors made it challenging to sleep. Additionally, the room service menu was limited and overpriced, with extra fees for delivery. The hotel's proximity to nearby stadiums and Texas Live was convenient, but parking was charged at a rate of approximately $25 per day if staying at the hotel.

Beautiful amenities, food from all restaurants on property was great, staff was friendly, courteous and helpful and in general this was a wonderful property. Really enjoyed the pool area and Patrick in Farena the Italian restaurant. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, this hotel was awesome! Very comfortable, excellent service, and clean.
However, this hotel is brand new! And there were numerous imperfections that still needed to be addressed and corrected. So just be prepared for issues.

Our stay was amazing! Staff have amazing customer service. Corner suite was amazing with beautiful views of the city, from the bedroom and pool view from living room. I will definitely be returning here. Bed was extremely comfortable, shower was relaxing, Starbucks is literally across the street. That was a bonus for us. The food was amazing as well.

Hotels. Com quoted me a different price from what the hotel charged me. My total price is $300 dollars more than what hotel.com priced me.

Honestly great stay top to bottom. The staff was exceptional. Every interactions was done with attention and care and it seemed like everyone was proud to work at property. We had stayed at the ritz in Dallas the previous several nights and my kids preferred loews

Hotel was great but for the price of the weekend stay, no breakfast or parking - everything was separate. The bartenders were fantastic - the pool and hot tub were great and the patio was amazing

Very nice. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, lobby bar and food were very good. Super convenient if you're going to Rangers/Cowboys games. Will go back for sure.

We stayed in room 1417, the cold water for the faucet did not work, it was only very hot water. The shower was luke-warm at best.

Brand New hotel. We only stayed a short time unfortunately so didn't get to explore whole hotel. Parking was confusing at the associated lot and hopefully they resolve that, ended up having to use valet. Beautiful inside.
