If I could get this zero stars, I absolutely would! Beware this is a dorm room. I rudely woken up at 10:30pm by loud banging on the door from the lady who apparently runs it and told “GET OUT!” “YOU NEED TO LEAVE RIGHT NOW!” She was practically screaming she was shaking. She was so mad! I said why what is wrong?.. I thought maybe there is a fire or something?! She stated that I had a dog (my small Pomeranian who is my service dog) she kept rudely screaming get out get out! And told me I had 15 minutes to pack my bags.. she acted like I was a criminal when I’m actually just a cripple with a 8lb service dog to assist with seizures! In South Carolina, it is a crime to interfere with the right of a person with a disability to use a service dog. The law applies to businesses that refuse service to someone who has a service dog. I was just so fearful I didn’t even wanna deal with it. This woman was so wicked. She refused to refund me my money when I asked as I was there probably three hours and told me she would take another $200 from me for a cleaning fee instead! It’s absolutely absurd to me that this business thinks that they can deny someone with a disability who has a legal service dog and treat them like this. It’s not a pet. It’s a service dog. Honestly, I did not argue with her because the location was so bad, and I was so startled and fearful of my safety by her attitude. She was quite confrontational and was acting like she was looking for trouble. I would have to say this is not the southern hospitality that I was hoping to find near Charleston. This is probably more comparable to the ghetto. I would run and run far away from here! The location is also very scary.. very bad area if you have a car.. I did not feel comfortable from the get-go leaving my new Cadillac there is there is a lot of riffraff in this area. It’s a very loud area. Just run!
