I’m sure the property is fine, but the property managers were awful. There was a fire in the area a week before our stay. I contacted them daily asking them for an exception and to rebook somewhere safer for my family. They refused. Even when I sent the hazardous air quality details at 11am on the day of check in. Check in was supposed to be 4pm. At 3:15pm, when everyone had already flown in, the property manager cancels our stay due to “safety being their top priority.” When I called, they refused to refund and said they’d help us rebook. Well, of course nothing was available last minute! So much work and frustration dealing with this company. Just don’t!
