About this house rental
The home offers two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a double bed, and a family room with a single sleeper sofa in the basement. There are two full baths, one on the main level with a tub and the other in the basement with a shower. There's plenty of paved parking for you and your family members coming together for a vacation. Come home and relax to a comfortable living room and basement family room after a day of seeing what the area has to offer. Get cozy in front of one of the three TVs... in the living room, the family room, or the master bedroom. Prepare a feast in the kitchen, which is stocked with the pots, pans, and cooking utensils you need. There's a microwave, coffee maker, ice maker, rice cooker, toaster, and hot and cold water filter/dispenser in addition to the full-size refrigerator/freezer and stove. There's also a washer, dryer, and ironing board so you can do your laundry and press your clothes. The home was very clean and cozy. The owner provided very thoughtful items that travelers often forget to bring. The beds were very comfortable and were loved the Christmas decorations. Although it is on a busy/main street-we felt safe with minimal noise.

We enjoyed our stay. We locked ourself out on Thanksgiving day and had to contact owner. They were very responsive to come to our aid.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the property is spacious and you have everything you need. Close to the freeway, so easy to get on and off. Will be our choice for stays when in this area. Highly recommend!

The property is well taken care of, very clean and welcoming. Decorated immaculately, stocked with amenities, and even though it's so close to the interstate it is still pretty quiet. The full basement is a huge plus with teenagers they had their own living area. The host is super nice and very attentive. Will definitely book again the next time I visit family.

Back home for a quick visit with family...and felt right at home in this nicely decorated and wonderfully equipped home. Amenities in the kitchen, comfortable beds, large flat screen TV's, two bathrooms, extra family room in the basement, and etc. allowed us all to relax, The home's owner was easy to connect with...and property was fairly priced. Though it was on a busy road, the home was quiet and comfy!

We were in town for the Dayton Airshow and this place was nice and close to the airport!

The house itself was extremely comfortable and well appointed. The finished basement with bathroom & laundry was great to have. The kitchen had a countertop ice maker and hot/cold water dispenser. They also kindly left us a gallon of ice cream and cones. The dining area had a little coffee bar area with k-cups. Overall the house was great! It’s also conveniently very close to highway 75. The only downside was being on such a busy street and having no outdoor seating. If they got an outdoor patio table with chairs that would be perfect!

Flies fly and very noisy as if you were sleeping in the middle of the highway ., you won't be able to see YouTube when I asked for a password it said it was private,not recommended…

The property was easy to find, and located on the main road. The owners took care to clean and decorate the property beautifully. It was wonderful to enjoy the whole house, and the host made sure all amenities were there. So happy I made this choice for our stay!

The house was perfect for me and my 2 sons. Super cute and very clean. Very close to I-75. The owners were very responsive to messages. Would definitely stay there again!
