Thanks to its location, our guests can comfortably walk around the city, as the main tourist attractions are located a few meters from the accommodation: Picasso Museum, Carmen Thyssen Museum, Alcazaba, Roman Theater, etc.. The main shopping street of the city is just 100 meters away where you will find plenty of stores, bars and restaurants of all kinds. The Malagueta beach is about 15 minutes walking distance. You will be able to enjoy high speed wifi connection and air conditioning. For stays of 28 days or longer, please note the following information: 1. You will need to sign a rental agreement. 2. Utilities such as electricity, water or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 225 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once bills are available. The Internet service is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here. 3. You will have to assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 180 EUR. The property has an electronic lock so you can enter at any time without additional charge.
