Situated in Mar Vista, this charming house for £160 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Our house is a small hidden home on a double sized lot set way back from the street. It sits in the middle of a giant and private yard. We currently have 4 egg laying chickens in an enclose chicken area. There is a small soccer field with large goal and basket ball hoop. There are lots of trees but it is still has very sunny areas. The house was building 1959 and has been kept up well but not remodeled. Because it is private and away from the street the house does not have any curtains so the light is nice. The entire house has stone floors. The living room has very comfortable rearrangeable couches, a piano, television and record player. The bedrooms are simple with very comfortable king and twin beds with non toxic latex mattresses and ceiling fans. The bathroom has a tub shower combination and the whole house, every faucet has filtered water. There is a fish tank in the bathroom and the fishes will need to be fed an admired daily . The kitchen is in a pre-remodel state so it does not have a traditional counter look. At this moment it has more of a New York free standing make shift loft style feel. All fully functioning and comfortable with a kitchen table seating 4. Our super cool new refrigerator is large with reverse osmosis filtered water and ice. There is a stove and special for bread toaster oven and dishwasher. We have many appliances like a juicer, blender, milk frother , air fryer and stand mixer. Off of the kitchen there is an additional room we call the sunroom used as an office and larger dining area.. The attached garage has a washer/dryer some small fitness equipment, a Nordic Track exercise bike and a foosball table. There is a parking area inside the property entered from the back alley which is well traveled and used by most of the residence. The tall aerial rig with all the shade sails in the back yard is not for use with the rental, but enjoy its shade ! We love our house. Most people tell us it looks like a summer camp and it feels more like we are outside the city. But its close to everything and we walk a ton. But we can offer you use of our 4 bicycles and 3 scooters tho be careful out there, we prefer to walk! The house is located 1 block from a large park and golf course. The residential neighborhood is close to all kinds of restaurants, shopping and markets. This area is special as it is quiet but not far from the action.
