The home also includes an additional full bathroom with bathtub. THINGS TO NOTE: -Owner's boat will be parked in boat slip at all times but not available for guest use. -Onsite Cameras – One on the front porch facing the driveway, two on the back deck, one on the boat dock. - No Pets Allowed. No Exceptions. - No Smoking Allowed anywhere on the property. -Washer and Dryer in home. -Parking available for up to 4 vehicles in circle drive as well as on street.
