We stayed in tower A (aka 10) in a king studio hotel room on this new property. We had an Ocean view, but be aware that the hotel rooms are behind several rows of villas and a pool area. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed everything about it except for the lack of privacy with the open shower stall. The pool deck area and buffet room and food are exceptional. The staff were professional and accommodating, and helped us to understand things. They helped us to arrange the rental of a motorbike, helped us to engage a good half-day tour for Cham Island and snorkeling, and even helped us check into our flight out. We want to especially call out the good services of Phu and Vien. The hotel resort is located outside the city limits so it is necessary to use their free shuttle or engage taxis or motorbikes to get to the center of town easily. But we did that with no trouble and enjoyed all the different ways of moving around. We cannot speak highly enough about our visit here – it was the favorite of our Vietnam trip. We would come here again.
We had hoped our room would be on the beach, but only their villas are on the beach.

This property is brand new and has all the hallmarks of being brand new. Super clean and modern, partially unfinished, a lot of uncertain staff.
The rooms are gorgeous and modern. The pools are great. The breakfast is extravagant and i loved it. Wifi good enough to work remotely.
There is a gym that is too small with aircon that doesn't work (it's 45 degrees i there and i saw at least 6 people complain and at least 6 staff not know how to fix it)
Getting food during the day is dificult. The only option seems to be by the second, smaller pool and service is limited and extremely slow.

Spacious modern rooms, new resort and items and equipment were modern and well maintained.
Pool areas were nice with a beach option as well. reception staff were exceptional. Free bikes were good to explore the little town area about 2ks away.
It was very quiet during April with more staff than guests! However, the staff didn’t attend to basic table cleaning and cleaning. The breakfast tables all needed a good clean. The breakfast buffet food was not replenished if it was all used. It appears unfinished/incomplete. The bathroom space in the room did not have anywhere to hang or dry towels after showering and no fan for steam. The kitchen cabinets had many open empty spaces, it was strange. There is nothing in terms of services/food/shops directly surrounding the resort.

Swimming pools and grounds are stunning, just like the pictures. Very comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Restaurant and bars serve excellent coffee, cocktails, and food. Old town just ten minutes drive away. Would highly recommend.

The in-room dining menu / options can be improved. But the wagyu burger is fabulous.

Great beach front resort. Nice environment and facilities. We love the pool and private beach. You can rent the bike to ride around within the resort. Service was very good and professional, shuttle bus to Hoi'an old town cetre making our life very convenient. We enjoyed our stay and will return next time.

Staff didn't speak English well at all making communication of even small requests difficult. Have to Taxi or bike to go into town or anywhere for that matter. Very limited options for day time eating and quite pricey. If you want to sleep in don't forget to put the Do not disturb on!

Very new property, staff were nice, had laundry machine with dryer and they even left some detergent for us, overall positive experience. Breakfast was nice.
Pools at the villas were not clean, mainly due to their engines running only during the day, therefore collecting all sorts of dirt and flys, insects in the evening. After 10pm or so, not much to do except a pool table.

Courteous and friendly staff willing to go out of their way to make an enjoyable experience for us. Facilities and restaurants offered a good range of food for breakfast and dinner.
There was really nothing we didn't like but a suggestion might be to consider some live music from a guitarist or small duo around the bar areas at night could be a big plus.

The staff were lovely, good size room, very clean and the beach front area and pool was perfect. Loved the hammock and bean bags which provided a great spot the relax.

Sehr schönes, neues und sauberes 5 Sterne Resort. Unser Zimmer war groß und die Ausstattung sehr modern. Der Strand und der Pool: ein Traum! Genau wie auf den Bildern. Obwohl das Resort riesig ist, waren nicht viele Gäste vor Ort und egal wo man sich aufhielt, war man gefühlt allein. Nach Hoi An Old Town nur 15Min. mit dem Grab. Die Lage ist für entspannte Strandtage perfekt, da das Hotel doch recht abgeschottet liegt. Spannend wäre zu beobachten wie sich das Resort in den nächsten Jahren entwickelt, da ein ganzer Tower und einige Villen erst im Bau sind.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden!
Laundry Service sehr teuer, da geht man besser zu einem der lokalen Anbieter.

We needed some R&R after travelling in northern Vietnam. This hotel was exactly what we wanted, a beach vacation, but still close to Hoi An. The rooms are amazing, the facilities are new, and the staff are SO attentive, friendly and kind. Special mentions to Hue working at breakfast and dinner, and also Dien and Dung at dinner and lunch. (By the way, the beachside restaurant is amazing, as well as the breakfast buffet).
Phu at reception was very helpful in organizing our arrival and departure, even giving us a boxed breakfast to take with us! Vy, Diem, and Chau at reception helped me with printing some documents I needed.
The beach is the nicest on the 5 km I walked and the water is pristine. All in all a great rest at this hotel!
Although the hotel is only 7 km from Hoi An, it takes about 15-20 minutes by taxi. There is not much else around this property, but there are restaurants about 1-2 km in An Bang.

Lovely rooms - very clean and spacious
Service wasn’t what you’d expect from a 5* hotel. Very slow check in process, staff generally quite disorganised. Food OK but slow service again, also hard to get a drink sometimes needed chasing down or simply refused to get us drinks as said the bar was closing when it wasn’t (assumed just couldn’t be bothered)

Perfekt um auf der Vietnamrundreise ein paar erholsame Strandtage zu verbringen. Wunderschöne Anlage auch wenn es von der Straßenseite erstmal nicht so wirkt. Die Zimmer(Betten) sind groß, neu und zum Wohlfühlen- wir haben um zwei Tage verlängert. Shuttlebus nach Hoi An inklusive. Aber auch per Motorroller( 6km) oder Grap gut zu erreichen. Frühstück sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Sehr auf westliche Gäste eingestellt. Personal sehr freundlich.

Die Betten sind super bequem.

The staff was really friendly.
It's a huge resort, feels very impersonal and it's pretty far from everything, no restaurateurs or shops in walking distance. Pkus for this price we expected a higher level of luxury. I would recommend you stay in An Bang village instead. You'll find lovely accommodations for half the price.

We stayed in both Da Nang and here in Hoi An. We ended up preferring this Wyndham in Hoi an thanks to the awesome grounds of this property. Beach is serene and private. Pools are nice, breakfast was very good. Room was very clean and modern. We had an issue initially where we booked a Ocean View room and they gave us a room that faced inland with a sliver of ocean if you squint (apparently reservation websites and the hotels aren’t on same page sometimes with what is considered ocean view) - the hotel was booked up but they did what they could and held onto our items till a proper gorgeous ocean view room opened up a few hours later. The manager and staff were very nice and helpful. Def recommend to stay here.
I would say the room we were in in building A was very nice but ideal for a couple not a family given the bathroom was an open concept. The shower and toilet had their own doors but not much private dry space to change clothes so if you are traveling with friends or family maybe the villas would be better for you. It was great for us !!

Vasketøj var ALT, ALT for dyrt. Vi fik vasket 10-15 stykker tøj (primært sport og undertøj), som kostede 1,4 millioner at få vasket. Til sammenligning kostede værelset 1,9 millioner, så det er helt skudt ved siden af fra hotellets side. Vi har fået vasket dobbelt så meget tøj for 200.000 dong andre steder.

The hotel is large, it has a building with rooms and outside are villas. It has generally good facilities. Breakfast is good.
The rooms do not correspond to a hotel of this category. There is no sofa or chair, but the uncomfortable situation is with the shower. It turns out that this hotel manages hot water by tank; According to what I was told at the hotel, this tank system was created so that people do not consume too much water when bathing because the water is cold. That is, if the hotel is full or there is a guest who took a long shower with hot water, there is no more hot water for the rest of the guests. It takes 45 minutes - 1 hour for the water to heat up again. So if you arrive tired and want to take a warm or hot shower and relax, this is not the hotel for you. Additionally, the room does not create the ambiance to feel relaxed either.

Amazing view at balcony to the ocean in the morning. 2 outside pool are beautiful and serene. Facilities and rooms were modern and Resort also provide shuttle bus service to Town.

Wow, when we arrived at this resort, everything was brand-new! We received a free upgrade to a Deluxe room from the staff, thank you for their kindness. It's enormous and magnificent; I appreciate their generosity. My son claims he never wants to leave the pools since he is having so much fun there. They provide everything you need to start the day, and the breakfast is delicious. It also makes good coffee. The pool safety guard, Mr. Hoang, who kept my son safe while he was playing in the water, deserves a special mention.
