Aesthetically pleasing

I had to pull strings for check in as the owner was nowhere to be found. The staff is difficult to get hold of, I didn’t get enough codes for movement. I got only one code for access and i went out for a meeting and i was left on read when i asked for more access codes. I didn’t even get to sleep at the place i booked for an overnight stay. The staff is extremely rude and nonchalant about everything

The level of service is absolutely disgusting and appalling . Firstly I sent a message to the property through the app to ask what the check in process is as no communication has ever been made since the booking . And received no response. Secondly i had to save the contact number on WhatsApp to reach this host due to direct calls and WhatsApp calls not connecting ! I could only text to check in with them -after 14:00 (which is the Check in time )about how I am supposed to be checking in since they STILL hadn’t provided information. After the inconvenience of finding the place , I arrive and the toilet had not been flushed and it still had feces floating . And the WiFi is not working. Absolutely disgusting and terrible. This is not it .
