We had a great stay at this accommodation! The apartment is clean, very comfortable and equipped with everything you might need during your stay (large fridge, not a small one, coffee machine, toaster, pots, glasses, washing machine etc.) Large bathroom, with walk-in shower. Good balcony, with very nice sea view, you can see the sea from the bed! Located in Sveti Vlas, in a quiet area, around 15-20 minutes walk to Sunny Beach center. I would recommend the place to those that do not want to stay in the middle of Sunny Beach, which is very crowded and loud. Very large shop 5 minutes away (Mercury). Restaurant available nearby. 2 minutes away from the beach. Nice reception area as well, as the apartment is located in a building that includes both a 4 stars hotel and apartments for self-accommodation, like the one that we stayed in. The owners were very nice, helpful and kind to allow us to have an earlier check-in and later check-out. Would definitely stay here again if back to Sveti Vlas!

Parking is available for free in the near streets, but you don’t have a reserved lot, depends on your luck where you can find one. We found free spaces very close to the building. The accommodation features access to pool and sauna, but keep in mind that these facilities actually belong to the hotel that is located in the same building as the apartment and you have to pay extra for them if you want to use them.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the hotel close to the beach! The breathtaking sea views from the room were simply mesmerizing. The owner Elvira was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. She was very helpful with check in as we came to the hotel around midnight and she allows as to stay till afternoon when we suppose to travel back as our flight was 10pm. The convenient location allowed me to easily enjoy relaxing walks on the beach and indulge in various water activities.The kids were thrilled with the easy beach access and spent hours building sandcastles and playing with waves. The room was not only comfortable and well-appointed but also offered a beautiful view, providing the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We appreciated the family-friendly amenities and had a memorable vacation. We'll definitely be returning for more beachside fun!

I had a rather disappointing experience with the transportation due to the overcrowding and lack of consideration for passengers with children. People were pushing and shoving to get on board, showing little regard for others' comfort or safety. This created a stressful environment for families with kids. It's unfortunate that the transportation service did not prioritize a more orderly and respectful boarding process
