Location: Apartment: This cosy apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a new building with an elevator and fit up to 6 people. It consists of two main bedrooms, living room with kitchen and bath room. In the both bedrooms you will find double queen-size beds. In the living room there are 1 double sofa bed, which will guarantee the comfortable rest and sleet. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay such as cooker, kettle, dishwasher, oven, including an express, coffee Arabica and small things like sugar, oil, tea, etc. For our guests we provide high quality cosmetics for the bathroom, and for the feeling of greater comfort we provide small but no less important equipment such as an iron, hair dryer, clothes dryer etc. ***BREAKFASTS OFFER*** For our guests we offer breakfasts with delivery to the apartment. The cost of breakfast is 30 PLN / 7 EUR per person. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: 1.Breakfasts are delivered to the apartments daily between 7:00 and 9:00 am. 2.Breakfasts are to be chosen from a menu which is sent after making a payment 3.Breakfast must be ordered no later than 6pm for the next day ~Access~ Guests have access to the entire apartment and building. Everything is included in price and at guest's disposal, including professional hotel bedlinen, shower gel, shampoo and other essentials. Apartment is air-conditioned. Guests can ask for concierge services any time during their stay. Coffee, tea and basic cooking amenities are provided. There is no actual breakfast offered in the apartment. Close to our building is situated old hospital. 1 min from apartment is located grocery (Carrefour), bakery (Buczek), flower shop and ice-cream shop. Also there is a shopping mall 2 minutes by walk from the residence. ~Transit~ 3 min from our building is tram stop - Teatr Słowackiego. Trams: 2, 3, 10, 14, 20, 24, 44, 52, 73, 78 (from Main Train/Bus Station in Krakow), a lot of busses. Night bus: 601, 605, 611, 662, 664. ~Notes~ In view of apartment's character and location we kindly ask to abide our House Rules. Primarily please remember about quiet hours from 22:00 till 6:00 (organizing party is strictly forbidden) as well as not smoking in the apartment. Smokers can do it outside on the balcony. ~House Rules~ Make yourself at home and please take care of our place like if it was yours. 1. Turn off the light when you are not using it. 2. Don’t let unverified people inside the apartment. 3. You are entirely responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during your stay. Guests will be charged with any damages to property if occurred. 4. People not listed in the reservation are not allowed to stay in the apartment. 5. Parties, events, anniversaries or birthday events are strictly forbidden if not discussed previously with the host. 6. Before leaving the house make sure are all windows are closed. 7. This is a non smoking apartment. A one time penalty fee will be applied if violated. 8. Late check outs are charged an extra fee of 15 EUR per 1 hour. 9. Parking if available is paid as extra fee of 15 EUR / day, unless agreed or written in the description otherwise. Make yourself at home and take care of our place as if it were yours. 1. Turn off the light when you are not using it. 2. Do not let unverified people into your apartment. 3. The user bears full responsibility for any damage or loss caused during the stay. This is a non-smoking apartment. A one-time penalty fee will be applied in case of violation. 8. Late check-out is subject to a surcharge of EUR 15 per hour. 9. Parking, if available, is charged as an additional fee of EUR 15 / day, unless otherwise agreed in the description.
