Exceptional place to stay, the Room Are fully clean and neat.clean bathroom and well maintained room,
No smell no dirt on the walls,absolutely clean and neat.the food is delicious. And mostly staffs was polite and responsive,safe for solo female travellers. Overall great experience.

RO in kitchen sink area.
01. Washbasin mixer in bathroom is broken.
02. WC handheld washer leaks.
03. Shower curtain is fitted within 18inches from wall. If you draw the shower curtain, can't take a shower.
04. No towels in bathroom.
05. Breakfast was an ordeal to complete
e1. Plates, Spoons, Fork, Cups for tea/ coffee were not available.
e2. Almost all of the food items, like stuffed or plain paratha, poori were unavailable.
e3. Waiting for one or the other items turned 20-30 mins breakfast into 70 mins affair.
e4. When I walked up to reception @ Ground floor (from breakfast room @ 1st floor), the gentlemen there responded saying breakfast is served up to 10 am and Supervisor is there. Factually, only serving staff was in the dining room and no Supervisor was present. Serving staff did their best to manage, with their limited understanding of how to respond in such cases.
06. Room description mentioned toiletries and room slippers are available, Some of the toiletries were provided on asking. No room slippers were provided.
07. Ordered dinner and it was as worse as the stay experience. Hakka noodles were too spicy (1st time that hakka noodles were spicy), fried rice were not cooked fully and overly-spicy.
08. Quilts were too thin and given the cold, I requested for extra quilt. Receptionist responded saying she will check and revert. Never got the response back.
09. Rooms are too dirty and badly finished.
10. In-room kitchen had no cutlery (plates, forks, spoon etc.).
11. Fridge in the room was broken and have to call staff to fix.
Thankfully I was there for 2 days only. Not worth staying 2 hrs.
Cheated or Fooled, either ways, I learnt never to return.

The service is amazing. The staff are super friendly. The property is new and still getting furnished. But the team ensured that we don't feel we were missing anything. Oh yes, the property and the rooms are super clean
