Excellent extremely clean and tidy and comfortable.
Had some trouble with front door lock which was sorted quickly.

The cottage is spacious & appears newly renovated. It is decorated tastefully & is very comfortable with reverse cycle air conditioning in almost every room. The off-street parking space is essential in this city centre location. Walking to Queen's Park & City Centre. Daniel is a helpful host who answers queries promptly.
A little table & chairs outdoors at the back would be nice, just to escape out into the winter sun with a cuppa. Otherwise nothing. If we need to come back to Toowoomba we would stay again without hesitation.
