The rooms are connected by a comfortable entrance which also houses a small breakfast corner equipped with a fridge, service counter, coffee machine, and a small oven. On the lower floor two independent suites have been created, each with a small living room, complete with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette complete with table and chairs, and a double bedroom with a private bathroom. From the entrance, where there’s a convenient parking area, you cross the atrium in front of the entrance to the housing units. From here you can also reach the large pergola, enriched by the small citrus grove; certainly one of the areas most experienced by guests which has comfortable sofas, a large social table, and the BBQ corner. The area also includes a small room complete with a fridge and washing machine. A path that runs alongside the organic garden leads to the large swimming pool (12x6 m – chlorine?), perfectly located in the heart of the estate.
