Other things to note Due to the location, there is limited cell phone service. We have NEW WiFi through ViaSat (as of 3/26/2021). The speed is up to 100 mbs. The house does have DirectTV with HBO. To acquire the key, guests will be given a code to a lock box located at the top of the stairs, on the screened-in porch. The children's playset formerly in photos and mentioned in reviews floated away during 2019 floods. It will not be replaced. We are pet friendly with prior approval.
