Wifi and TV's are included however, I do not supply any streaming services and you will have to login and logout when you leave. Additional paid cleaning during your stay is available upon request. (Upon request, I can purchase and set up decor/chapagne/cake/etc. and you will only have to cover the cost of the items :)) *NOTE* You will be charged an additional $25 dollar fee if the unit is left overly dirty. This means left over decorations, trash everywhere, or anything over "regular living". The coin laundry rooms are located on the bottom floor. IMPORTANT *The unit is on the third floor of the building with approximately 20 steps to go up.* Fully furnished unit with a full kitchen, toiletries, cleaning items, board games, popular novels, two TV's, themed decor, and a sofa with a pull out section (twin bed sized).
