People from other countries who are not familiar with Bay Area prices think this must be a great area because JD the price but our properties in higher end areas actually cost a lot more. This house is perfect for people visiting the Bay Area, specifically The East Bay, Berkeley Richmond and even San Francisco is only 30 minutes away by car or Bart train. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION There is a #70 bus stop (AC Transit) about 1 minute from our front door. Right on the corner irate the bus stops going both directions. 9 minutes to Richmond Bart station, 12 minutes by Bart to Berkeley station, 31 minutes by Bart to San Francisco Montgomery station. Bart to Oakland or San Francisco airports also easy. Uber and Lyft are also very reliable options around here. 24 hours fast and affordable ride options. About $4 for a ride to the Bart station, about $14 to berkeley, $38 to San Francisco or $58 to SFO) Uber pool and Lyft line are cheapest options for one or two riders only).
