This is a lovely small cottage with great kitchen and bathroom facilities, and its own parking place, a short drive from some amazing beaches. You can even walk to the nearest beaches but it can be a bit hilly in places. Great food at nearby pubs. Local shop a short distance away too. Garden is small but great for eating outside, with barbecue facility.
As usual in rural Devon, the local lanes can be quite narrow and you can expect to do a bit of reversing to let oncoming vehicles pass. Maybe not one for the learner driver.

What a gorgeous cottage! Beautifully decorated and well-equipped. Sunny terrace. 20-minute walk to the pub at Georgeham. Bang in the middle of the holy trinity of fabulous surfing beaches, Putsborough, Croyde and Saunton.
