I had a great long weekend in this lovely little cottage! I booked extremely last minute, but still got a very reasonable price, and everything was ready for my arrival. It was clean, warm and cosy with very comfy sofas and everything I needed. Contrary to prior reviews, I had no issues whatsoever with the wifi, which was flawless for working and streaming in every room of the house, or the TV, which worked perfectly. I was initially worried about sleeping in the master bedroom as the curtains aren't very thick and it's on a main road, and I'm a light sleeper. But the road was very quiet and the bed was so comfy I slept like a log! The location was great; just a short walk from the train station, beach and high street. I stayed here without a car and found it very easy to explore Ramsgate, Margate, Herne Bay and Whitstable on public transport with regular trains and buses. There are multiple large supermarkets within 10 minutes walk, along with pubs, shops and restaurants.

There were a few things missing that felt like a small oversight - baking trays, oven gloves, a toilet brush and bin in the bathroom, tea and coffee, and soap in the kitchen. I couldn't figure out how to switch between the shower and bath but that might just be me being stupid!
