Avoid this property and don’t use booking.com anymore

Nothing, avoid!

Mold, smell, unclean! Dirty rag left on the bed, no airflow, dark, and customer service are liars. Unacceptable! The other bad reviews did not do justice to how bad this place is. I wish I could share all 37 photos I took. And I suspect the good reviews are fake or false somehow. Maybe the property host rented it to profiles they made for little money to inflate the rating or something similar. The good reviews seem like they are written by the same person or chatgpt… Was told on two occasions I would get a refund for my 8 night booking: (written documentation) and now at the last minute they changed their minds. Booking is not supporting after saying they would. I cannot use booking.com any longer if they are going to have misrepresented properties and then not provide support after promising they would.

City Retreat

What a find! Loved the WiFi – streaming my fave shows non-stop. The armchair in the living room became my reading nook. It's on the -2nd floor, but who cares when you've such a cool backyard oasis to relax? And being centrally located? Ideal for urban explorers.

PROPERTY SHOULD NOT BE LISTED IN THE CONDITION IT IS IN -STAY AWAY. BAD OWNERS TOOK OUR MONEY.

Upon arrival, the entranceway past other apartments and down 2 flights of stairs was disgusting, other tenants had their washing drying in the hallway, old construction mess THEN THE SMELL OF SEWERAGE FROM AN OPEN PIPE AND DRAIN OUTSIDE THE KITCHEN WINDOW AND THROUGHOUT THE APARTMENT WAS UNBEARABLE. UPON ENTERING THE APARTMENT, THE HEAT AND TEMPERATURE INSIDE WAS NOT STAYABLE EVEN OPENING ALL THE WINDOWS AND DOORS (WITH THE SMELL OF THE DRAIN AND SEWERAGE). WE WERE ONLY PROVIDED WITH 1 SINGLE SMALL FAN, THIS DID NOTHING TO HELP THE T HEAT INSIDE THE APARTMENT -we do understand it was September and the apartment did not list that it had AC, but if you are listing the property and taking our money it needs to be able to stay there, whether by opening windows and having air flow or ceiling and fans through-out, this was not the case, TOO HOT TO STAY IN THE SMELLY APARTMENT. Plus holes in the ceiling and water damage in the bathroom, looked bad. WE LEFT AS WOULD YOU. AFTER CONTINUED BACK AND FORTH WITH THE PROPERTY OWNER, THEY REFUSED TO REFUND US ANYTHING, THEY TOOK OUR FULL FEE AND BOOKING.COM WOULD ONLY GIVE AN APOLOGY. UNACCEPTABLE BY BOOKING.COM WHO SHOULD ASSIST AND HELP US WITH A REFUND SINCE THEY ARE LISTING THE PROPERTY AND THE OWNERS ARE JUST NOT FAIR FOR LISTING THIS APARTMENT IN THE CONDITION IT IS. THE LISTING NEEDS TO BE TAKEN DOWN WITH IT'S PROBABLY 'FAKE' GREAT REVIEWS. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

If you're looking for a Sisli sanctuary, look no further! Despite being on the -2nd floor, this place radiates comfort. The living room is ideal for relaxation – sunk into the sofa daily. The balcony? Perfect for city gazing.

Backyard Beauty

Centrally located, this place offers the best of both worlds. After a busy day, the backyard was the perfect retreat. Streamed movies on my laptop – thanks to the super-fast WiFi. It's on the -2nd floor, so prep for a bit of a descent. The living room's sofa? Ultimate comfort! Will def be back.

This spot truly offers a piece of serenity in bustling Sisli. The balcony was my go-to for morning coffees and evening reflections. The living room's floor lamp added such warmth. Remember it's on the -2nd floor (no elevator), but trust me, it’s a hidden gem.
