Every piece of furniture and appliance is brand new. You will be given a 4-digit code for a keyless entry and smooth check-in for the keypad front door. Thank you! SECURITY DEPOSIT: We would like to provide a clean and undamaged home and a magical experience for every guest, in relation to that all bookings require a $300 security deposit. It is just a hold on your credit card and it will be released 5 days after your departure. You will receive the full amount after a thorough inspection and no damages have been done to the house. Things that will result in partial/total loss of security deposit: - Any kind of smoking inside of the house - Damage to the property beyond normal wear/tear - Unauthorized gatherings/parties - Breaking max guest rule HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Cleaning fee to cover cleaning occurs at check out, no maid service during stay. After check-out and before check-in, between reservations, the house will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
