Get a direct view of the Intracoastal waterway & entertaining interaction with the passing boats. Recently renovated 1st floor guesthouse in Charleston! New bathrooms, new appliances, and modern kitchen. House is directly on the intracoastal waterway. Sit, relax and watch the majestic boats cruise by. 10 minutes to Downtown. There are plenty of restaurants (seafood, barbecue, Italian, pastries, etc.) within a 5 minute drive. I would love to share my gem with you!

This is an amazing location on the river in upscale neighborhood. It is just a few minutes from the heart of West Ashley. A short beautiful (less than 5 minute) drive to Wholefoods , Harris Teeter and the conveniences of West Ashley which is very close to downtown Charleston. It is the downstairs of a lovely home and it is 100% private. You have your own space and access from the driveway. 2 patios of your own and you are free to wander down and sit closer the river on the lower patio. Great place to watch all the boats go by. A wonderful opportunity to stay in a very special location. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. I hope to come back soon!
