If you need to rent more then 2 golf carts during your stay you will have to park your vehicles in overflow lot to allow more space for golf carts. Golf carts are only allowed to be parked on the driveway. No golf carts allowed on the grass. The property requires no steps for entry if you use the lower bottom right entry door. The lower level features a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room, dining area, kitchen and screen in porch on the lower level; however, all other bedrooms/bathrooms, a 2nd living room, and main kitchen require stair to access.
