All of the units are accessed individually from the exterior of the building and each suite is insulated well so our guests will appreciate a private experience. A few common questions and answers about our space: Q: Do you allow pets? A: Yes! Up to (1) house-trained, small to medium-sized dog (50 pounds or less) is permitted for a pet fee of $75 per stay. Please ensure to add your dog to your reservation. If an unapproved pet is discovered, a fee of $100 will be billed to your account. Q: Where is this room located? A: This room is located on the second level. This requires a walk up one set of stairs and there is no elevator access. Q: Do you allow smoking on-site? A: No. Our entire property is a non-smoking property. This includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, vapes, marijuana, etc. This is for the courtesy of all of our guests. If you need to smoke, please take it off-site, away from our property. A fee of $250 will be billed to your account if smoking of any kind occurs. Q: Can we check-in early or check-out late? A: Early check-in is not guaranteed. In the event your room is ready before 4:00pm, we'll let you know. We don't offer late check-out as our team needs time to prepare for our next guests and make sure everything is perfect for them - just like they did for you. :) Q: Do you offer cleanings during our stay? A: Our cleanings occur before and after each reservation. We're happy to offer an additional cleaning during your stay for a fee of $80. Just let us know!
