Super friendly host, who also likes to have chat with the guests, which for me as solo traveller is always welcome.
Very comfortable bed, very quiet place - had a very good sleep.
Cleanliness is top.
No problem with the shared bathroom (only to share with 1 other rented room if that is taken).
Against info on booking.com there is WIFI available.
Without a car it's a bit inconvenient to use if you rely on pub transportation.
The room is not very spacy, nearly completely taken by the bed - so not ideal for longer stays.
