This fantastic single level ranch style home sits tucked away in a quiet suburban neighborhood just southeast of Portland. The home enjoys new décor and furnishing throughout as well as a fully fenced yard making it a wonderful option for small groups or families travelling with pets or kiddos. From the moment you enter you will find the cozy and bright living room and dining area connected to the fully stocked kitchen and family room. The entire area is bathed in warm light from the oversized windows throughout. Every bit of furnishing and décor was curated to create that perfect blend of style and comfort for your stay. Sitting just beyond the family room you'll find the back patio which is a warm, bright and covered space with ample seating and games for all to enjoy. Whether you are enjoying a snack at the table or relaxing in the lounge chairs there is something for everyone here. When its time to rest and recuperate you'll find three spacious bedrooms boasting a king bed, queen bed, and twin over full bunk bed with an additional futon allowing for maximum flexibility in sleeping arrangements. You'll find everything you need just a few moments away from the house whether it be groceries, shopping, or entertainment. Downtown Portland is barely 8 miles away. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house. PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets).
