The space As you step onto the property, you'll be greeted by a stunning landscape adorned with gorgeous cacti, creating a picturesque setting that embodies the true essence of the desert. The spacious backyard is a paradise in itself, offering everything you need for a dreamy vacation experience. Sleeping arrangements: Bedroom 1- 1 queen bed & 1 twin over full bunk bed Bedroom 2- 1 queen Bed Whether you're seeking relaxation, adventure, or a bit of both, this Desert Hot Springs vacation rental is the ideal choice. Book now and embark on a remarkable journey, surrounded by unparalleled views, natural wonders, and memories that will last a lifetime. Other things to note Please note: - No music is allowed outside after 7 pm - No DJ, karaoke, loudspeakers Spa heating is included with your booking (Set on a 3 hour timer and will turn off automatically). There is an additional $150/day charge for pool heating*. You can request pool heating anytime - before or during your stay. Please note it takes at least 24 hours to heat the pool. If requested on time the pool will be heated to 88 degrees upon your arrival. We have 2 day min. requirement for pool heating. * During the warmer season (April-October) pool heating is available for $95/day. - Hot tub heating is complimentary - Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request for an extra $30/ per hour and is subject to our approval. - Pets are allowed. We charge $60 per pet for they stay. Max of 2 pets per reservation. - For property security reasons, there are surveillance cameras installed outside. Please note, that you are strictly prohibited to touch or make any adjustments to the pool equipment. Any damage to the heater resulting from tampering will require replacement at your expense. Your compliance ensures the safety and efficient operation of our pool facilities. Also note, that for safety reasons we ask our guests to send a copy of their Government-issued ID and sign our property’s rental agreement through VRBO before their check-in. Wow! This place has the best view by far. We loved every inch of this property. The family had the best time during our stay. We will definitely be coming back soon. The host is by far the greatest. 💯

This house was a great place to host a group of family/friends from out of town to celebrate PRIDE weekend & my birthday. The house was tidy when we arrived. It definitely has a few needs for some repairs here and there, but overall the space was very nice. There was no house manual so I would definitely advise putting one of those together so guests have all the stay information in one place. We had to continue asking the host for information on how to use things in the property. The guest bathroom had a broken shower head and everybody had to shower in the primary bathroom. The dishwasher was also broken so we had to manually add water to wash a load of dishes. We couldn't get the fire pit to light and stay on so we were unable to enjoy that which we were really bummed about. Otherwise, the backyard has excellent views of the DHS and Palm Springs, especially recommend sitting in the hot tub during sunset!
