About this space This stunning 3BR/2BA pool home with indoor/outdoor living in the desired Santa Barbara neighborhood. The home has open floor plan, updated kitchen, spacious covered patio, lounge furniture, dining room table and a private pool perfect to enjoy South Florida weather. Location is close to stores and just 1mi from Pompano Beach, with attractions, restaurants, and pubs to enjoy. The space LIVING ROOM: Relax in the 2 recliner sofas in the living room and enjoy your favorite show or movie in the flat screen T.V. BEDROOMS & BATHS: This home sleeps up to nine guests between the three bedrooms and extra mattress. (7 Adults max) The master bedroom has a king bed, dresser, smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed and closet. Third bedroom has 4 bulk beds. 2- twin and 2 -full bunk beds. Travel crib available. Two full bathrooms are each stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower. KITCHEN & DINING: The well-equipped kitchen, fully renovated with upgraded stainless-steel appliances. Take a seat at the 4-person kitchen island or gather for home-cooked meals at the 6-seat dining table. OUTDOOR AREA: French glass doors in the pool table room open to the covered patio. Outside is completed with a grill, six-seat dining table with umbrella, four lounge chairs and an amazing pool. * Pool heater available at $30 a day. (24hrs notice) Houses Rules: *NO PARTIES ALLOWED *NO SMOKING ALLOWED * 3 CAR MAX PARKING * Check-in after 4 pm (Early check-in available upon request) * Check out by 11 am * Quiet hours 10 pm - 7 am (per city regulations) Guest access The whole house and fenced-in private backyard yard with a pool. Access to the house is available via a personalized pin code. Other things to note. Please note: Parking is in front of the house on the circular driveway, without garage access. *Note: We will provide an initial supply of toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish detergent, or other consumable amenities as per the list above. We will not be replenishing the consumables for the duration of the stay (toilet paper, paper towel, etc.). * HEATED POOL The pool is always heated to 80°F/27°C, which is a normal pool temperature. If you would like, we can increase it to 90°F/32°C for an additional $30 per day to cover additional energy use. Please let us know in advance if you would like this increase made.
