mucho que decear a la forma de comunicacion el Idio Ingles y por que no Español hizo mucha falta y la falta de pagar en Dolares ya que yo notifique que llevaria el efectivo en Dolares para pagar y me confirmaron que si podia y al llegar no me lo pemitieron y pues esa moneda es utilizada como numero uno a nivel mundial

Clean, comfortable and close to the aiport

The hotel was very clean, good facililities, nice big pool and really good spa treatments

Incompetent staff, slow to get anything done. Initially downgraded our room even though they charged for the upgraded room price. We had a lot of issues with the room and things not working and the staff were too slow to sort anything. It seems too many people in the chain of communication and the final decision makers or people with authority are nowhere to be found.

Sehr gute Adresse für Aufenthalt in Flughafennähe.

Sehr gepflegtes und elegantes Hotel unweit des Flughafens, die Zimmer bestens ausgestattet. Schöner großer Pool mit Barbereich.

Die Umgebung des Hotels ist wenig einladend.

Too expensive for small rooms - staff needs more experience

I have extended my stay there for another night: I had to do a complete checkout and checkin again. The staff told me that is required. While I had my checkout, the colleagues were randomly changing and I had to explain again and again. It would be nice, if the process is smoother and a guest is welcomed for a second stay with handling it in a more professional way. Anyway, I could stay at same room. I had included breakfast and was asking to get a variety on room. The manager told me , that’s possible and he will connect me with room service. So I placed my order (2 masala dosa) after confirming, that no additional cost will be expected. I got a call from manager, that I cannot just order anything (dosa??!!) and this won’t be included. He will send an omelette… That wasn’t really understandable - I have ordered dosa… nothing expensive and nothing hard to get. Just dosa.

Not good value for money they charge

The location is good with good connectivity to both airport. The decor is modern and Breakfast spread is quite good.

The room is much smaller than standard 5 star hotels in vicinity. It is overpriced hotel and actually should be mid scale 4 star and not 5 star property. It has teething problems with Wifi, TV channels. The staff was supportive to resolve it but these should be pre-checked. The lift is very slow and wait is very long. Minibar was empty.

Made my trip more rewarding.

Breakfast was great. There are too many options and the staff are all friendly specially Harshal and Mihir who were really attentive to my needs.

I am happy with the overall experience. Good job!

Comfy and exciting. Nice pool and gym

Newly built well maintained and built and being operated with a lot of grace.

Entering the property is tough. No property main entrance. Very shady and difficult to spot. They want to stay hidden to the local crowd I guess

Großartig!

Diese Unterkunft ist wunderbar! Wenn ich Ruhe gebraucht habe, bin ich in dieses Hotel gegangen. Es ist eine Oase der Ruhe und Sauberkeit in Mumbai! Das Personal ist großartig und sehr hilfsbereit. Ich war zwei Mal in einem Monat da und ich habe beide Mal sehr genossen! Vielen Dank!

Location a bit odd, and building work in front of hotel so not possible to see hotel.

I feel staff need to be more attentive. Mangement on front desk was not very interested when I asked to speak to him.

Meilleur hôtel de Mumbai

Le personnel, le confort et la restauration irréprochables. Je remercie particulièrement Swastik et Faizal qui ont fait preuve d’une attention particulière à notre endroit au restaurant. Nishi qui prend soin de ses clients et qui les accueille avec bonté et bienveillance. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et n’hésiterai pas à y revenir.

Long way to go

Big new hotel that opened recently, new decor reflecting Mumbai's filmmaking legacy. Staff were hospitable. Beds were very comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. They provide all the necessary travel amenities right away.

Hair on the bedsheets, table, etc. They couldn't see what I saw. While they did change the sheets eventually and apologize there was some drama involved. Attention to detail with cleaning isn't optional after covid. Better rates through booking.com than directly with the hotel for extension. They haven't quite figured out what kind of hotel they want to be. Some rooms face a construction site. You don't hear the construction but an ugly view nonetheless. There was a giant mirror next to the bed. Probably gave me nightmares!?

Pure Class

I was made to feel special from the moment I arrived, with an early check that did not cost me anything. Using a credit card, you will be given two payment options and be able to select the most cost-effective one in relation to currency conversion. The room was clean, had excellent internet speed, and the bed was very comfortable. The gym exceeded expectations for a hotel, and the swimming pool was a joy to use. The coffee shop had an excellent range of choices, and the quality was excellent. Check-out was efficient. Overall, a definite five-star product and performance.

Beautiful hotel but service needs to be improved.

We arrived on New Years Eve and not a party or complimentary drink in site 😩it was dead quiet, we went to Another hotel to welcome the new year. It was boring at Aurika not even complimentary champagne for its few guests, very disappointing. Room service,laundry and meal preparation on order was very slow as well.

Очень дорогое вино бутылка Чилийского вина стоимостью 2400 на из деньги нам продали за 9000 ( на рубли 11000) а поели ужин в отеле шведский стол 5500 руб на наши деньги

good stay

Good breakfast, good location, very friendly staff, in particular Abishek and Kishor, who surprised me with a 'bon voyage' chocolate cake on the morning of my departure.

The hotel has no alcohol license, disappointing. On the booking.com site a free airport shuttle is promised, but no such thing is available. Instead after booking one is directed to 'get your rewards - the 'reward' being able to book a pick up car at an absolutely ridiculous rate. Terrible.
