Must be 25 years or older to make a reservation. Always use caution when outside, we get daily high winds in our area. We are in the Desert, which means we have desert critters outside (ie. Scorpions, snakes, lizards ) please wear closed toe shoes and exercise caution when outside and keep doors closed at all times. Rental agreement must be signed and returned along with a copy of a valid government issued photo ID for your reservation to be accepted. No more than 6 overnight guests are allowed, this includes children and infants. Maximum day occupancy of no more than 10 persons. Please do not exceed these numbers. We are on a septic system and that is what it is designed to handle. Visitors must be acknowledged ahead of times and authorized by us prior to visiting. No parties/events of any kind are allowed. This is a quiet place to get away from the loud hustle and bustle of everyday life. No loud or excessive noise between the hours of 10pm to 8am. We are in a quiet neighborhood and respect our neighbors rights to a peaceful night. No pets are allowed. Even though we love animals ourselves, allergies still trouble a great number of people and we would like to provide a pleasant experience for all our guests. No street parking, maximum 3 car spaces available on property, no RV's/motor homes/campers allowed. Garage parking not available. No smoking inside the property. Please keep a 15 foot distance from any open windows or doors when smoking outside. Please do not litter, minimum $300 fine will apply if evidence of cigarette waste was found on property grounds or inside the property. For your safety and the safety of others please do not leave the fire-pit burning unsupervised, and Extinguish fire after use and when leaving the area. Please respect our house rules, you may be asked to leave immediately and all monies paid will be forfeit if any of our house rules are broken.
