Make yourself at home with the whole family, including the dog, on Amelia Island. Enjoy the pool, hot tub, and fire pit and enjoy this central island location. 15 minute bike ride to all downtown shopping, cafe’s and the beautiful Amelia Island beaches. Large front drive allows parking for any size boat or RV. The 8’ fenced back yard provides privacy around the pool for you and your family. Outdoor TV and speakers. Wi-Fi connection for work and play. There is a $150 fee for your dog. Dog size limit is 45 lbs. Pool can be heated for a heat up charge of $100 and a daily charge of $60 for the length of your stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this place. Very spacious backyard, a beautiful pool, and is close to the beach.
I especially love the little details like coffee and sugar, plenty of toilet paper, and even dog treats and poop bags.
I'd stay here again in a heart beat!

The house was amazing, the location was great. House was spotless, smelled great and Lynn was responsive. Overall great experience.

Even though it’s only a 5 min drive from downtown Fernandina, we barely wanted to leave the house, complete with a large pool, fire pit, outdoor TV/speakers, and grill. Perfect for our group of 3 couples. Hope to return.
