Hiking and snowmobiling trails are less than a mile away and activities such as kayaking, fishing, skiing/snowshoeing, theme parks are at your fingertips. We are close to ski resorts, hiking trails and amusement parks - the ideal spot for any season! Always available to help with suggestions, but never overbearing. The house is up a hill and 4 wheel drive is strongly recommended during the winter months. If you are traveling with a dog, we must know at the time of booking and prior to your arrival. There is a $125 dog fee per dog, with a maximum of 2 dogs. This does not cover any damage or yard clean up. All dogs must be house trained. Any unauthorized dogs will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely NO smoking inside the house, on the decks, or within 100 feet of the house. Violation of this or evidence of smoking (ie: cigarette butts) will result in a $500 fine. There are exterior ONLY security cameras actively recording, for the safety of both guest and property. Any tampering with the cameras will not be permitted and will result in immediate termination of your reservation, without refund. Please note that any refunds made in accordance with our cancellation policy will be less any credit card fees. NO SMOKING in or around the property (including the decks) automatic $400 fee for any evidence of smoking (i.e. cigarette buts) Septic: Only toilet paper should be flushed. Tissues, cotton balls, paper towel, dental floss, Q-tips, wipes, and other sanitary products should be placed in the trash. Chemicals, such as paint thinner or gasoline, should never be put down a drain. No events, parties or other group gatherings that may cause a disturbance. At no time is it acceptable for people, instruments, TVs, speakers, or other audio devices to be so loud as to be a nuisance to our neighbors.
