Propre, spacieux. La personne qui m'a accueillie est très avenante.
L'emplacement identifié sur le site est trompeur. Le logement n'est pas rue ste Thérèse, mais lotissement ste Thérèse, qui est excentré et difficile d'accès lorsqu'on n'est pas véhiculé. Donc, on n'est pas du tout à 550m de la place des palmistes contrairement à ce qu'indique le site.
