About this house rental

Located in Tura Beach, this attractive house for £191 per night is a great choice for your next break. Arrive 'home' after a day at the beach to this gorgeous property with ocean views and a large entertainers deck. Great location - out of the hustle and bustle during Summer, but just minutes to Merimbula's beaches, hikes, golf courses, restaurants, clubs and other South Coast delights! With new furnishings, and the convenience of bed linen and towels provided, this lovely three-bedroom home will not disappoint! The home’s open-plan living area has raked ceilings, creating bright and light airy spaces. The quality kitchen features a huge breakfast bar, 900mm oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, sandwich press, and everything you need to cook up a storm! Fantastic hardwood timber floors lead to each of the generous sized bedrooms with built-in robes. The extra-large master bedroom has a king bed, a stylish ensuite, walk-in robe and direct access to the balcony. Enjoy the comfort of a queen bed in the second bedroom and two single beds in the third bedroom. Bath towels will be supplied for up to 6 guests and all beds will be made up ready for your arrival! This property can sleep up to 8 guests using the two extra foam mattresses stored under the single beds. There is plenty of space in the master bedroom or living room to sleep extra guests. However, please note if using the floor mattresses, you will need to supply your own doona/quilt, bed linen and towels. The large under-roof balcony is an entertainers dream with electric heaters for all year-round use, an outdoor TV, 6-burner BBQ, ocean views and stair access to the fully-fenced backyard. There is a large laundry with new washing machine and clothes dryer. There is plenty of room for multiple cars and the boat, with a double garage and side yard access. Located in the beautiful Mirador Estate, this property is only minutes away from the vibrant town centre of Merimbula, where you can enjoy boutique shopping, restaurants and stunning beaches. For convenience, the Tura Beach Shopping Precinct is less than 2 km or just a minutes’ drive!

We had a 5 day stay at Mirador and loved everything about the property. Spacious, clean and accommodating for all four of us. Location was great, both for walks and close to everything by car. A bonus were the Roos which would visit in our back yard almost, same time and place every afternoon. Natalie was friendly and communication was easy and always responsive. We look forward to staying at Mirador next time again. Thanks Natalie, highly recommend.
